At certain times of the year, rental accommodation in Arizona can be very hard to find.
Teams Converge
In March, for example, half of the major league baseball teams converge in Phoenix for Spring Training, bringing with them friends, family, and loyal fans. All of these visitors compete for rental accommodations.
Recognizing this problem, Timely Medical Alternatives has acquired a home intended specifically for rental by our clients.
“Canada House”, as we call it, is specially set up for patients recovering from surgery.
Location:
It is located in an upscale residential area that is a 3 minute drive to the office of the orthopedic surgeon that we use, and a 20 minute drive to our spinal surgeon’s office.
Facilities:
The 4 bedroom home has a ground floor room specially set up for post orthopedic surgery recovery. The queen size bed is 6 inches higher than a conventional bed, making it easier for joint replacement patients to get in and out of bed.
Adjoining Bathroom:
The adjoining bathroom has a raised toilet which makes it easier to use by a patient recovering from surgery.
The living room has a “Lazy Boy” chair, which is recommended by physiotherapists for patients recovering from hip and knee surgery.
